Kristina Kornouhova leads the Tax Controversy and Competition practices at Vetrov & Partners. She advises on tax disputes, the conduct of field and desk tax audits, tax structuring and business fragmentation risk, as well as on competition regulation and defence against actions of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. She represents clients in tax and competition matters before the Russian commercial courts.
She writes on tax matters for the firm's journal Secrets of Arbitration Practice and for professional tax publications.
