Elizaveta Razina leads the Intellectual Property practice at Vetrov & Partners. In practice since 2013, she advises on trade marks, copyright, patents, software protection, domain disputes and business reputation, and appears before the Russian commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including at appellate level.
Her experience includes successfully defending clients in disputes with municipal authorities. She has published with Pravo.ru, Garant and other professional platforms, and speaks regularly at intellectual property and IT law conferences.
Focus areas: trade marks, copyright, patents, software protection, domain disputes, franchising, commercial litigation.
Education: Novosibirsk State University, Faculty of Law (2013); further professional programme in industrial intellectual property, Siberian Institute of Intellectual Property.
