Managing Partner
Vitaliy Vetrov founded Vetrov & Partners in 2011 and has led the firm as Managing Partner since. In practice since 2001, he has acted in matters concerning the exclusion of company participants, patent enforcement, the challenge of major transactions and insolvency-related disputes, for clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to international groups.
He is the publisher and editor-in-chief of Secrets of Arbitration Practice, the firm's daily journal analysing Russian commercial court decisions, with more than 450 matters reviewed. He is the author of a book on the practice of law and a regular commentator for national business media.
