Overview
§ i

Elizaveta Razina leads Vetrov & Partners' IP Enforcement practice, advising foreign brand owners and rights holders on trademark portfolio defence, anti-counterfeiting proceedings, and IP litigation in Russia. She read law at Novosibirsk State University (NGU), graduating in 2013, and has been with Vetrov & Partners since 2012. She manages enforcement from the registry through to court, combining Rospatent proceedings with civil and administrative enforcement routes in a coordinated strategy.

Her practice includes trademark squatting defence and cancellation proceedings before the Intellectual Property Court under Articles 1486 and 1512 of the Civil Code, TROIS customs register management and coordinated responses to border detentions, parallel import advisory for exclusive distributors, and civil infringement claims under Articles 1484 and 1515 of the Civil Code. She coordinates regularly with overseas IP counsel on multi-jurisdictional enforcement strategies and manages the Russian registry and court proceedings as part of broader international IP enforcement programmes.

She has represented foreign rights holders across consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors, and has acted in Rospatent opposition proceedings and IP Court cancellation proceedings in trademark squatting matters.
